The answers that are the same whichever product you are looking at. Anything specific to one pack is on that pack's own page.
What exactly do I receive?
PDF files you download after checkout. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no shipping and no waiting. Each product page here says how many files and how many pages are in that download, and whether it arrives as loose files or as a ZIP.
How do I download my files?
Right after payment, from the Downloads page of your Etsy account, and from the link in your confirmation email. The files stay in your account, so you can come back and download them again later.
How should I print them?
At actual size, on a normal home printer. The product page says which paper size is in that download. If your printer offers fit to page, turn it off so the proportions stay right. The pages are mostly white, so black and white prints fine and does not use much ink. Print single-sided if the pages are going into a binder. On the longer packs, the first page tells you what to print: some are made to be picked from rather than printed whole, and others are made to be printed once and filled in by hand.
My download is a ZIP file. What do I do with it?
Open it on a computer if you can: double-click it and the files come out into a folder. On a phone, download it from your browser rather than from the Etsy app, which handles a ZIP badly. Not every pack arrives as a ZIP, and the product page says which do.
Can I print a page more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like, for you and the people around you: your family, your class, your party, or your own working activity when the pack is a professional one. What is not allowed is reselling the files, sharing them as a download, or including them in something you sell yourself.
Can you make something for me?
Possibly, and I would like to hear the idea. Send me a message through the shop describing what you need and which language you need it in. Some of what is here started as a request.
A file will not open, or it prints wrong.
Message me through the shop. I will fix it or refund it. I would rather hear from you than have you stuck with something unusable.
