What makes it different
A contract that started on 12 March is not a contract that started on 1 January. Every sheet carries the real days of its own month, with the weekends greyed and the French public holidays marked, and the twelve months run in the order of that contract, so every monthly total has exactly one box to go to on the annual summary.
What is inside
- Twelve identical binders differing only in the month their year opens, so you open the one for the month the contract started
- Twelve already-dated attendance sheets: arrival, departure, hours, extra hours, meals, kilometres, absence with its reason, and the month's total at the foot
- The annual summary, the twelve months in your contract's order, one line per month
- Paid leave and the three allowances that get lost most often: maintenance, meals, kilometres
- The end-of-year reconciliation sheet, filled in on the anniversary date
- A fully filled-in month as an example, the minutes-to-hundredths memo, the trade vocabulary on one page, and the document checklist
Who it is for
- An assistante maternelle in France keeping attendance by hand
- Anyone minding more than one child, each on their own contract year
- A maison d'assistantes maternelles, where each child still has their own contract
What it does not do
- It calculates nothing for you. The dates are already there; the figures stay yours.
- It is not an official document, it holds no contract template, and no rate or amount is printed anywhere in it, because those change and the contract is what counts.
- The public holidays are those of metropolitan France. Alsace-Moselle and the overseas departments count others, and you add them by hand.
